Vibratory Hammers
Vibratory pile drivers and matching hydraulic powerpacks for driving and extracting piles, sheet piles, and casings — from compact sites through to major infrastructure.
The CESCO FAV Range
A vibratory hammer is a powerful piece of equipment used in foundation and marine construction to drive or extract piles, sheet piles, and casings efficiently. It operates by generating high-frequency vertical vibrations, which reduce soil resistance and allow materials to penetrate the ground more easily with minimal impact force compared to traditional piling methods.
Typically mounted on cranes or excavators, vibratory hammers are well-suited for a wide range of soil conditions, particularly granular soils such as sand and gravel. Their ability to work quickly, with reduced noise and ground disturbance, makes them a preferred solution for projects requiring precision, environmental sensitivity, and improved productivity.
FAV & SV Vibratory Hammers
Crane-suspended FAV and SV hammers with matching hydraulic powerpacks, selected hire units, plus an excavator-mounted vibro hammer for 12–40 t carriers — for piling, sheet piling, and casing extraction.

Built for Site Productivity
Hammer + powerpack as a system
Each hammer ships with a matching hydraulic powerpack engineered to drive it at full capacity — no compatibility hunting.
Rexroth hydraulics standard
Rexroth hydraulic pumps and solenoids fitted as standard. All hydraulic motors are easily available locally.
Stackable, noise-controlled
Concealed exhausts and noise-reduction panels. Container blocks at 8 corners double as lifting eyes and enable stacking.
Digital pressure on the pendant
Digital pressure reading at the remote control pendant for clear, in-cab observation during operation.
